What delivery services are available?
That depends on which country you’re living in. During check-out we
will show you the carrier.
How much does the shipping cost?
That depends on which country we’re shipping to. During check-out
we will show you the shipping costs.
What will be the delivery time of my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an
email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you
do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour after placing your
order, please contact us: services@mahwey.com. Make sure to
check your spam folder or unwanted box.
I’m not home at time of delivery, what should I do?
Depending on the carrier and your preference, the carrier will drop it
off at your neighbour or a service point. Check your track & trace
code.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
That’s not required.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately no.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to
multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Can I change the delivery address after I placed the order?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after
your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to change it only and when your order hasn’t been
shipped out yet.
Can I cancel my order?
You can’t cancel an order once it’s been placed. You can always
return the items. Check out the Order & return page.
My order is incomplete or damaged, what should I do?
Oh no! If an item is missing, please send an email to
services@mahwey.com with the order number and a brief
description.
If your order is damaged, please send an email to
services@mahwey.com with the order number, a brief description
of what happened and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll fix this as
soon as possible for you!
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Oh no! You can email us at services@mahwey.com. Please note
that any claim regarding the delivery must be submitted within 14
working days following the date of shipment. After this period, we
are not able to claim any lost orders.
Am I responsible for any possible customs fees?
Once you place an order outside of the European Union, MAHWÉY
will not charge any VAT, you will be paying local VAT, depending on
the country of delivery. You may also be asked to pay customs
clearance costs when ordering outside of the European Union. We
advise you to contact your local customs office.
